My total number of 1975 coins was over 300, This sticks out in my mind because it is the largest date set in my collection, and I view that particular graph quite often. This afternoon I noticed that it is at 299.
Go to "My coins" then click "See recent collection changes" at the bottom; this might give you the answer.

Thank you for the help pejounet, I took a look at recent changes and everything there reflects all of my actual changes, nothing strange there. I have found what happened. I exported my coins then filtered to 1975 (by year and by Gregorian year), I then compared to a prior export that had greater than 300 1975 coins.
The country Spain was updated within Numista. The dual dated coins 1957 (75), I believe were improperly included in 1975 and the update corrected the issue to what I believe to be more accurate.
