As it has been discussed countless times, the definition of a country can be tampered with in a variety of ways, and in many senses this kind of collection cannot ever be completed with a reasonable budget and/or in a reasonable time. But here we have a new almost normal case: these coins are not exonumia, they are meant to circulate in a quite large territory (not in a toy-sized city or a single obscure island), they are not ancient or medieval and are not made from precious metals, hence you just need to have them... OK, only one for a start.
