India 10 rupees stumped

Can't find these any where. They both are corrected versions (Urdu inscription on bottom left).
The f84 Puntel sig. (P60)one is listed in both Numista and Krause as having no f prefix (listed as C and D prefixes) also picture on Numista has a B prefix.
The K64 R.N. Malhotra sig. (P60A) is listed in krause with no specific prefix.
The p60A lists the note with the governors name on the right side
I am totally confused.

Try not to get confused by the prefixes on the serial number. It's more important that you discern the subtle plate letter underneath the Serial Number. It is barely noticeable & only seen in the underprint of the serial number box (see the 2 images below).

The image you posted of note on the left (with the stains/foxing) is very blurry so almost impossible to discern the plate letter below the serial number but it looks to be plate letter F (with the Malhotra signature) which would make your note P-60k. But look at your note again to be certain its not plate Letter G (& P-60l).

You can view another example of plate letter F below:

(you can barely see the "F" imprinted below the first 6 in the 716604 serial #)

The image you posted on the right looks to be plate letter C with the I.G. Patel signature, such as seen with this example below:

(you can barely see the "C" imprinted below the first 0 in the 602341 serial #)
That would make your note P-60f

Hope that helps!
