morning , newly joined member here seeking advice and guidance as he sifts through late mothers property.
As the title suggests , im seeking clarification as to whether this is common and / or adds value ?
Many thanks for the help and also for the information I've already garnered from your excellent site.

Top right is distinctly different to the rest .

Closer pictures highlighting this are below.

irregular cut is shown singularly here.

irregular note is on the left for comparison next to a equal border "normal" below.

It’s not super rare but it’s not common either that extent of being off centre. So from Ebay listings it would be a little bit over its numismatic value and it would be worth more if it was uncirculated or if it was more off centre to a major extent such that the top of the design is missing that would increase the value quite a lot.
Hi to whoever is reading this. Did you know that TYPEWRITER (on a QWERTY keyboard) is the longest word you can type using only the letters on one row of the keyboard.
Thankyou very much for the insight and swift response.

A note that is off-centre to a small degree has less collector value than a note that is perfectly centred (all things being equal in terms of circulated to uncirculated condition). The border of the adjacent note must be visible for it to be considered an error. Many notes are printed a bit off & the OP note is well within the parameters of a poorly centred note.
No premium on the note displayed (looks Face Value to me unless its a replacement or special serial number).
