Merge two pairs of Israeli coins [solved]

This message aims at: requesting the modification of a coin in the catalogue

This has been brought up before as part of a wider issue regarding Israeli currencies that has now been resolved but it seems the division of a couple of coins has still not been fixed. Therefore, can I request that the following two pairs of entries be combined?

The previous discussion explains why the dates were split (erroneously) in the first place.
