Question: The bicentenary of the birth of the Brothers Grimm was honored with stamps from East and West Germany as well as other jurisdictions, the other jurisdictions using Disney cartoon characters on the stamps. British colonies and Commonwealth countries were among those issuing stamps with Disney characters. What 2 independent countries not in the Commonwealth joined in issuing Disney stamps for the Brothers Grimm?
The winner will be the sender of the first response with the correct answer (both countries) at or before 4 P.M. Oct. 27, 2021 eastern US time. If there is no correct response, the winner will be the sender of the first entry with at least 1 of the correct countries but must include 2 countries. Otherwise the winner will be the sender of the first entry with any 2 countries. Entrants can send separate entries for their 2 country guesses but the time counted will be the time of the entry with the second country. Entrants can edit sendings of a first country with a second guess but again the time of editing will be counted as the time of the entry.
Contest closed. Both current entries declared winners. My fault, as there seem to be 3 countries. I only knew of Romania and Bhutan but Mongolia also seems to be correct.
So I can learn too. Congratulations, guys. rsirian1 will get a different group of stamps as Sierra Leone is a Commonwealth country. Najuk will get the listed prize.
I will try to verify my answers better. Thanks for participating guys!

SteveV, Because of my error in setting up the question I stopped the giveaway early, as Najuk identified 2 countries that answered the question correctly but one of the countries was not known to me before Najuk's entry. Since rsirian1 had the other country known to me, I saw no point in continuing the contest. Look back at my other contests and you will see I stopped most before the deadline, as soon as I could determine a winner, so this was no different.
Stamps arrived today. Two beautiful sets honoring Ludwig van Beethoven from Ras Al Khaima and Fujeira in the UAE and two 1991 Thailand stamps for Songkran Day and the Red Cross.
