1996 thin numbers 25 Centavos from Argentina [solved]

Hi everyone, I came across this coin, it does not seem to fit with what is portrayed in Numista as one of the varieties
Please let me know what you think, is it a new variety? or just a die that has worn past it's prime
Thanks in advance
Starting with the tower, mine does not appear to have the same top, mine only has two connecting lines to the point, the ones depicted appear to have at least 4 connecting lines to the point, the door looks a bit off compared to the examples also

If I have to say, it is just a km110a "Fine" where the outer lines of the cupola are gone from the wear of the die. But that's just an opinion.

So my guess of a worn out die is the likely answer
Thanks so much!
