2 Koruny 1986 Czechoslovakia without edge [solved]

Hello, please tell me a coin without edge. Such a marriage, is it a frequent occurrence of these coins? How rare is it?
Weight: 5.56 gr.
Diameter: 23.4 mm.
Thickness: 1.6 mm.

Interesting coin: in the 1990-ies, there apparently was a rage accross Eastern Europe to file down steadily devaluating domestic coins to 23.5mm so that it could pass as 1 German Mark in vending machines.

This happened on large scale with Polish 20 zl, where it is documented on the coin page: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces22678.html
Ground down Yugoslav Dinars are documented here: https://en.numista.com/forum/topic98407.html

My guess is that your coin underwent the same fate: do check if it has the same size as 1 DM.

I'm interested in having it if you want to get rid of it. I'm also interested in a filed down Polish 20zl if anyone reads this and has one.
Have a nice day and stress-free health.

Yes I agree- is visible relative to the edge -lathe and removing layers of ornament. Remains of the ornament can still be seen and the correspondingly reduced size and weight correspond to this.
Maybe the reason is to really add weight to the scam to the vending machine in the "West"-frequent scams.

The intention may be to evoke the impression of an error, but the weight and size do not correspond to this, so it can be ruled out.

the decoration is taken from 5 CZK - coins in production in 1973, 1974, 1980 :

Here is an example of a 2 CZK coin for sale for a 70 CZK coin from 1980 without an ornament on the edge -note that the weight and size are -there is no ornament 5 CZK:

So my conclusion is a lathe and use for enrichment in a vending machine.

Hi
I need to simplify it - it is not a known error of 2 CZK coins .
What you showed are all the mistakes in the coins of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic.

So what was the conclusion that it was a coin for German fraud to imitate, ,,Mark,,

Thank you all very much for your help, as I understand this coin was polished on the machine, in order to use it as 1 German mark

That's it, I have some from Poland without edges as well, same purpose, though!
