Can anyone help identify a coin [solved]

Hello All,

I found a coin - in the UK, while metal detecting.

It is not English and I have been told it is not a token - It seems to be a European coin of some sort?

The crest, eagle is similar to Prussia - is it another German state?...it is very worn but could be dated 1775?

Any help to ID is very much appreciated! Many thanks!

The flowers around the Shield are very Swiss looking, I agree...
The Swiss had many States !..but the Eagle is difficult to find as a symbol...I have seen Sweden, Germany and Poland with the Eagle emblem..
