package from Algeria

Hello,
I need help from a French collector. There is a restriction in Algeria, that the post goes from there only to France (due to Covid-19 probably), so if I want to exchange packages, they need someone in France to send the letter to, then it should be forwarded to me.
Could I please ask someone to get 2 packages from Algeria, then send them further, one to me, the other to Germany? The addresses should be written on them. I could pay your costs via Paypal, or simple bank transfer, or as you like.

Try to ask at french side, you will have more chance to catch someone who could help,
