Just found this in a flea market a couple of days ago.





It has been cleaned but I found it quite curious. Could it be a satirical coin?

Unfortunately, someone who had an electric engraver and had nothing else to do. Who really knows why? Coin looks to be authentic however and low value but still a shame.
