Sharjah, Ajman, Manama long set and souvenir sheet for each issuer

Only question: What ruler of an Indian feudatory state, whose name appeared on the state's first postage stamps, had a fear of shipwrecks?

Winner will be first response with correct answer at or before 2 P.M. eastern US time October 2, 2021. If there is no correct response, first response will win. My decision as to winner will be final.

Good luck to all who participate!

Will
I have just started searching and already found a candidate that fills the first hint: H. H. Nawab Shah Jahan Begam from Bhopal (written that way on the stamp, on Wikipedia the name is written as Shah Jahan Begum).

Oh, it's her indeed! Wikipedia says that her frail health and shipwreck phobia were the reasons she couldn't make the pilgrimage to Mecca.

Congratulations, Giobruno! I'll make something too difficult for you guys one of these days.

To everyone else, still plenty of prizes to award.

To be honest, I thought it was difficult, but ended up very easy because I knew where to search (list of indian feudatory states then online stamp catalog).
And I also got lucky that the first candidate was already at the letter B of the list and the phobia got mentioned in her biography.

It's like your question about the stamp from Japanese occupied territories on China some weeks ago: it may look near impossible, but it can be answered if you know where to search (or what to type on google).
