I think it is impossible to identify this coin, but maybe...
I got it as India coin.

Nayaks of Madurai, kasu (deity type).

I own one, but of the lion type (https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces162656.html - photo is mine). Was a headache to identify, bought as unknown coin from the local seller.
