Then I see Western African States has no referee, so please, someone who can add this existing year, please.

The image showing the privies for that page, and many others, needs to be updated with the new privy.

It's true, the privy mark is different, I hadn't noticed that. Well seen. Has anyone been able to add the new year with their comment for new privy mark?
