Is this a contemporary counterfeit George III Halfpenny 1773?

Hi, thanks for letting me join.
I acquired this coin last year as a Regal Halfpenny but I believe it to a contemporary counterfeit of a George III Halfpenny 1773.

​I am no expert but everything seems to be wrong with your example. Contemporary fake? I have no clue but it looks like a very poor fake to me. Lets see what our British experts say.

Most of half pennies you find in USA are contemporary counterfeit (Birmingham copper)
