Please list people who have cheated

Hello,
I am trying to create a post listing people who would have cheated others.
I do not mean people who sent coins with one grade lower or who have returned money after a dispute.
If there are cases of people who stole a lot of money, where there might be a police investigation going on, please list the name of the person/address and explain what happened.
I could be wrong but I don't think this would be allowed by administration. Bad swaps are recorded by feedback.

Agreed. But also notice the OP has been a member 2 years, has no collection, has no coins to swap and has 0 swaps and minimum involvement with Numista. Why is he complaining about thieves here, let alone serious enough for police involvement? We are not the police and this is not a police blotter.

I noticed that too. It got me wondering.
The idea was to help others not lose money. Online swaps, online buying involves risks. Lets see what the admin says.
Also naming and shaming people can lead to legal repercussions. It could be some members had their swaps go missing in the mail or the sender got the address wrong, especially if you are dealing with people in countries with major language differences (Like Indian vs German or Chinese vs Tongan).

Plus some countries have corrupt mail services (Like a Postcard I got from Indonesia had postage due as the employee of Indopost steamed the stamp off the card!), and sometimes a person sending coins may misinterpret what is going on.

Many countries like mine and the USA can also sue anyone accusing someone of a crime they did not committ.
I love coins. Especially silver, gold and anything really old.

You don't have a swaplist, you don't have a rating and you don't have a collection on Numista. What is your benefit here?
They say "Pecunia non olet", but I know better...
