I've been searching trought but can't find this exact Jital.

I don't know it this would be correct but it has similarity to ancient Celtic coins but I might be just jumping the gun. im probably wrong about this only thing I could think of.

Just a note that Muhammad bin Sam was not part of the Delhi Sultanate dynasty but that of the Ghorids of Ghazna.  See Tye and Tye (1995), pp. 118-9.
