Is it a crowned monogram obverse? I cannot make out much of the lettering in the legend, or the letters in the monogram.
Reverse maybe we have MOneTA : n- - - R - en around the floriate cross?

Ok after burning my brain i concluded its that one indeed, Guillaume II, and not Jean III, i think i can read all the letters.
If you have any other ideas please let me know thank you !

Very nice @Geison!
I was trying to think of place names beginning with N, and ruled out NIjmegen, but forgot about Namur.

A Numista rarity index of 86 is not a very rare coin, unfortunately (maybe you were joking?

).
