Russian and Belgium - Paper currency/tokens - ID needed

4 posts • viewed 74 times
Good afternoon All

Can anyone tell me what these are, currency, tokens, or what ever? And are they on the site? Or should I upload them and where?

The first is from Belgium - Belgium Railways. The two notes are the same, just front and reverse

The next three notes are obviously Russian, from the Soviet Union times. The first is the front and reverse of a 10'er

The next two are the front and reverse of a 1'er and a 3'er

Any information is welcome.
Thanks

Philip,

The Belgian one is a dividend note from Belgian National Railway Company, probably the 1931 coupon cut from a sheet attached to the stock share (eg. here or here).

So I guess no need to upload ...

No new swaps for the moment, still too many half-ongoing swaps to clean up!
The first Russian looks like some "state loan" from 1951 (a kind of bond?), as far as I can read the Estonian on it.

The last two are lottery tickets, costing 1 and 3 rubles. You can read variations of the word lottery in several of the languages used ...

so neither of them belong on numista, but I do keep this kind of stuff in a separate box ("cool printed paper")
