Question 1. What building holds the painting that inspired the world's largest engraved stamp, issued in 2000?

Question 2. Allen Kerr compiled a catalog of overprinted local stamps of Manchuria after World War II. Using Wade-Giles transliteration what is the first alphabetically of 272 localities that overprinted stamps in the 1945 to 1947 time period?

First correct answers in response at or before 4 PM US Eastern time, Sept. 1, 2021 wins. If there are no correct answers, earliest answer wins. Winning answers can be split between responses. My decision as to winner is final.

Got lucky finding that site. And after a few minutes looking on it I got an idea, instead of looking at localities with letter A I tried to search the one which have the catalog number Kerr 1 (yes, that was possible).
