Question 1: Name 2 island countries (one was a colony at the time) that have issued collective stamps for use in the areas outside of the main islands and have included legends or overprints in a local official language equivalent to "outer." I do not mean use on single islands and due to lack of "outer" I do not mean Grenada Grenadines or Grenadines of Saint Vincent.
Question 2: Name 2 countries that have issued overprinted stamps indicating they were for collective use in post offices outside the capital city. I do not mean use in single post offices.
Winner will be sender of first correct response to both questions at or before 10 AM, eastern US time, August 28, 2021. Correct answers may be split among responses. If one of the responses is correct and the other is not, I will verify the correct response and further entries will need only to identify the remaining correct response. If both correct answers are not received, the earliest response wins. My decision as to winner is final.
Thanks for entering Goutham! But you have not gotten the answer. Your answer would be for overprints on stamps to be used for another country. My question is for overprinted stamps to be used in the same country as the stamps that are not overprinted, only not in the capital city but everywhere else.

Thanks Will! I forgot about it. So I have some new answers:
United States-1927: The stamp was overprinted to honour the Mythical freedom fighter Molly Pitcher
Great Britain-1966 : It was originally a commemorative stamp for the 1966 FIFA World Cup. When England won it, the government reissued the stamps with the overprint ‘England Winners’.
Hi there! I am an inexperienced collector with an interest in a lot of coins
Time's up and Goutham was only participant. Either I made the questions too hard or not understandable. Anyway, congratulations to Goutham and he will get the prize.
Goutham, I will send you a PM asking the address to which you want the stamps sent.
Answers: Question 1. Seychelles issued stamps for Outer Islands of the Seychelles (inscriptions in French and later in Seychellois Creole, both official languages) from 1970 to 1992; Netherlands Indies issued stamps for Outer Indies in 1908 with overprint Buiten Bezit (Outer Possessions)
Question 2. Colombia issued stamps in 1909 for Correos Departamentales to be used in the interior of the country; Paraguay issued stamps 1922-1942 overprinted with a C for Campana (countryside in English) that could be used anywhere but Asuncion but only for postage within the country
Not sure when next giveaway will be but I look forward to more participation.
