1860 South Carolina One Dollar?

Hi I am struggling to find any information anywhere regarding this 1 dollar note, everything seems to start in 1861. Any help appreciated

It is very hard to read. There is a State Bank of Charlston South Carolina but I could only see 5 dollar notes issued by them and their design was different than yours. Try to get the issuer off the note and the signature. It looks like Hannon. Search on these characteristics. Contact the bank that issued it. They may be able to help. That peroid of US history was very chaotic. The south had blockades so money was in short supply.
The Bank Note Museum has some notes of that age. None matched your image. I have seen other utube videos that show bank issued notes of that time period. Interesting notes for US collectors.
