Question 1: What is the current name of the city with the only post office where stamps of independent Karelia were used?

Question 2: What was the only country that did not accept the validity of the Pathet Lao stamps of 1961?

And for the second question, I bet that Thailand didn't accept such stamps !

Thailand did not recognize them and asked for additional franking with the regular Kingdom of Laos stamps.
