Postal services between France and Brazil

Hello friends how are you all. To French friends, could you please inform me, if shipments by Post between France and Brazil are cleared? Are there no shipping restrictions? Can we swap therefore?

From what I’ve heard it was not mail coming into Brazil that was the issue but the mail coming out of Brazil that was the issue I would check with your local post before you move forward with a swap.

I appreciate the help, but from what I understand, France will still not accept packages from Brazil, apparently this is what happens. It's a pity I can't find a Brazilian who has recently done a swa with a Frenchman. So the doubt persists.
