Hi,

I saw that the Ukraine issuer was split into sub-issuers recently on the main page of the banknote catalog, but because of that the ukrainian flag is only on the 2nd level issuer, the flag of the 1st level issuer is a "?".

I added the missing flag. You may need to clear your cache or wait a few days to see it.
