this coin is 3.9cm wide, non reeded edge, both sides engraved in relief; one side jhas a portrait of a longhaired man to the left, with rand inscription
I guessed correctly that 39mm was rather large for a coin - it is a medal.

the first hereditary Stadtholder of all the United Provinces.
