Just answer this riddle :

Why did the euro lose its sex appeal a few years after it was put into circulation?

Here is the prize, a bunch of euro cents from different countries, for the winner (not Euro-zone members I specify, because otherwise it's too easy)

I've revceived some proposals by PM but you should answer directly on this thread :

- Poor design :
Most euro coins contain flora and fauna, science, technology and fiction mainly nature

- More portrait of men than of women :
Most euro coins, except for France, show famous men than famous women; less athletics.

- Monotonous design :
Most designs are monotonous, with the reverse designs always the same

- Too much coins :
Euro coins are too abundant with these designs described above.

Less fermale portraits than before :
When compared to non-euro coins before 2001, euro coins used to contain less female portraits / figures.

Nice tries, at least everybody has understood that the riddle is related to coins.

Have a nice day and health to the whole world.

So my type : The -Euro-UK coins were missing , on each would be a portrait of a beautiful woman ,, Elizabeth Alexandra Mary,,- It is for England's decision not to join the euro. ( I think that with his half-portrait on coins he is slowly reaching a record among rulers)

It’s not related to UK, as Grinya said, it’s related to Scandinavia.
And do not expect any clever idea in this riddle, it’s only basic humor below the belt z|

I agree with Grinya, Norway ruined it. He wins.
Sweden and Finland on the 1 euro coin gave me wood. it is impossible the engraver did not think long and hard about that design.

The general consensus is therefore that Grinya is the winner!

So, it was not so simple and only the tsar of Saint Petersburg was smart enough to solve it !
On 2008 the reverse map changed encompassing new members of Euroland and then, this new map was less spicy.
