Dear Numista team,
I'm a small coin collector from Vietnam. I have 1 coin: "Indochina France 1 cent 1930" but its privy mark is WING, not TORCH.
I'm sure it's real because it was found during the excavation of antiquities in Vietnam by local people. I think it's a mule coin. Maybe the obvese die with wing mark's been prepared for next year's use in the coin: "Indochina France 1 cent 1931 WING" and some mistake caused it to be used. I have never seen one like it before and it is not listed in World Coin:

Weight: 4.71 g
Diameter: 25.9 mm
Thickness: 1.25 mm

So could you check it for me? And could you add it on Numista's list? I'm keeping it so I can give you any more info if you need it.
My english's not good so I apologize if it caused any discomfort.
Good bye and thank you a lot.

First of all, your English is very good. You have nothing to apologize for.
All the 1 cent 1930 coins I could find online had a torch privy mark so your idea of a mule might be correct. However, I certainly didn't do an exhaustive search. Maybe some other members have more information.

Here your coin, the best I could do with the image you sent (wing or torch?):

Here my coin (torch is easy to see)

and here a wing from 1939 (easy to recognize)

Admittedly, your coin looks like it has a wing as well.

Well found

Have a look under the "9"? Something strange, right?

A wing as they all have from from 1930

The 9 does look funky. The wing started in 1931. Here's a nice site showing the privy marks throughout the years.

Schön doesn't list 1930 wing.

Maybe I took the photo not good. The "9" is ok, a bit worn and there are some rusts on.
I took another photo by my phone. Hope it will help something.

I cut it to see date easier.

This is photo of it with the 1931 WING one (below).

And the photo with 1930 TORCH (below).

Thank you a lot.
In my country, Vietnamese people have a tradition of burying valuables underground as a way of saving and keeping their possessions.
And you know, we have some wars from 1858 to 1975 (1 st is the war with France, 2rd is civil war and with America), so that's why many objects have not been dug up by their owners until now. Today, there are local guys use metal detectors to find valuables such as gold jewelry, money (coins and banknote) and antiquities... The coin was found like that right where I live. I bought a lot of the same coin (1 cent) and the 5 cents (https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces6665.html), after check them I keep some (include that one) and sold the rest.
So I'm sure the its origin.

This is added, with possible mule explanation.
