Welcome to Numista. Yes, this is correct @ 27g and the example you are considering @ 25g would not be of too much concerned because this could easily be explained due to wear and accuracy of the scale being used. Ultimately, you must determine if it is genuine but the weight discrepency can be explained.

But why is 2 types of peso 27 gram and all other 25gram?

the Coin from the Auction is in great condition, but lost 10% i weight, due to wear? I dont Think so. I Think it lost 0,6 gram, and the original weight is 25 gram like all other types of peso. Do you have a peso in your collection with a weight of 27 gram?
No, I dont have a Guatamalen Peso but all the references list those 2 at 27g because they usually rely on the Krause catalog. Unless Krause is wrong, it is possible but highly improbable. Unless you can prove otherwise, they are listed at 27g and should be considered as such.
My Cuban Pesos are around 26.7g however.
I found some more information. One more for sale around 25 gram, and a information site regarding Guatemala coins.

It's very likely that this is an error in the Krause database.

How can it be "very likely"? It also could be explained other ways. Perhaps they are slightly thicker than the other examples? Thickness is not clear either. Unless proven otherwise, most everybody relys on Krause for very good reason. I am not implying they are never wrong but they are the best reference we have.
