Egypt 5 Piastres

Hi All,
Need some help. 5 Piastres note
Please can you answer my queries about this note.

I got this labelled as a p# 188b.
I cannot find the difference between p-190 and this note. Both are signed Hassanein. Can someone please tell me.
My other query is - are these ND notes or am I missing the date - is it written somewhere.
Having a lot of trouble looking for the dates on the other Egyptian notes.
1940, but I don’t suppose that helps in this case, since “1940” is on the other side, and it’s not really 1940! I think ink color and signature is the only way to determine. Sorry, I don’t have many of this type. According to colnect only P190 has this signature, they also have several images there that might help determine the variant.

Thanks gyoschak.
But isn't that 1940 the same as quoted on the reverse as Issued under Law No. 50 / 1940
Plus if it is signed by Hassanein - he was Minister of Finance from 1999-2004
Looks like we replied at the same time....

Hmm this note is from 1998-1999 but how was it demonetised July of 1991???
Hi to whoever is reading this. Did you know that TYPEWRITER (on a QWERTY keyboard) is the longest word you can type using only the letters on one row of the keyboard.

Your note, which looks like a radar serial number, is not P-188. That note, which has signature of El-Ghareeb is from 1998-1999. Your note looks like P-190 with the Hassanein signature (2002) as you noted.

Many notes can be tough to find the defining features (signatures/dates, etc) on. I often use multiple sources of info for World currency including the Bank Note Museum & the Banknote Index.

Thanks Serial_Number_8
I was momentarily happy thinking of the lovely radar number - 65556 and the small dot almost hidden is a zero....deflated happiness!
I will check on the banknote index website in the future.
