Account glitch/ bug

Hello Xavier,
I am Goutham and over the past couple of days I have noticed that my account was logged out without doing anything. When I tried to log in, it told me that I have tried to log in too many times even though I tried to log in only once. I don’t know if it’s a bug or somebody is trying to hack into my account. If it is a bug, hopefully you can fix it.

I had the same thing this morning (and only this morning, not the previous days like you). I've also found it very strange because I haven't been on my computer since yesterday evening, nevertheless I immediately got the message I logged in too many times. That was via Google Chrome. Because I know computers are a strange thing I logged in via Firefox and no problem at all. Then I've tried again via Google Chrome but still got the message I've logged in too many times. After a while I succeeded log in via Google Chrome as well.

I find clearing the web browser cache usually solves the problem.

This might be due to your recent change of password and some of your devices may still attempt to access with an expired saved connection. I can also see some failed attempts with the incorrect username "Goutham+Sivasailam".
Since today, I see most signing attempts are successful. If this occurs again, could you please provide a screenshot and the date and time?

Now I can login on my first try but the account is mysteriously logging out more often, like once every 2-3 hours .
