Reference of "new" coins

So I was registering some realtively new coins, and some don't have KM# or Y# references (depending on the country). For example, 25 russian rubles commemorating the 2018 world cup are referenced only as CBR# 5015-0013, despite most russian coins having a Y# reference. As I am a relatively new coin collector I don't know if these kind of things are corrected in the following years of the coin being issued. Does someone know if coins eventually get their Y# reference? (or KM# reference, depending on the country).

Only if the new owner of the Krause cataloges decides to continue to publish the numismatic line-up.
Otherwise there will be no new KM numbers.
