Mexico Coin - ID Sugestions? [solved]

Good morning All

Found this mexican coin in a box on the fleamarket. Any idea about the ID? Can it perhaps be the centre part of a bi-metalic coin, or a token? Size is about 18mm across and 2mm thick.

Thanks

Hi
I specialise in modern Mexican coins my guess is that this is the damaged centre of the bimetallic 10 Peso coin because I have a 1999 10 Peso which the middle is loose and can be moved around within the coin but have not fallen out.

Btw I’ve seen this with most older bimetallic Mexican coins with a lot of wear on them.
