Updating coin collecting after a swap

Hi all ,

Im new here and still trying to wrap my head around how this all work I’m hoping someone can help me with my question.

I have just completed my first exchange and my question is... the coins I am exchanging do they automatically come out of my “ For Swap” collection? Or do I have to go into each coin and either delete it or move it to somewhere else?

any help will be very appreciated 😊

Warm welcome to Numista.
I delete the swapped coin/banknote from my collection individually. I have forgotten to do this at times.
I record all swaps on an Excel sheet.

​They don't automatically disappear. Under Actions on top select "Edit my Collection" and you will be able to delete those coins rather quickly.

Okay thanks for the information, I’ll make sure to delete them from my collection once the swap is complete.
I thought they would automatically go out of my swap list .

​I've forgotten to remove coins after they have been swapped as well lol. I gotta go through and fix my list sometime soon.
