Greetings to all,

I recently found that coins in a lot and I do not know if it is an error or something else. It should be made of copper but it looks like nickel. As far as I know this type is not copper plated. Is it an error?

Correct. 'As far as I know this type is not copper plated'. It is silver-coloured plated.
A normal copper coin beneath with some silvery covering - may be chrome, nickel, or other ...

This answer can be misleading. An error is when something goes wrong during the minting process. I'm pretty sure the plating happened afterwards, for fun or for a schoolproject etc. So it's not an error but PMD.

That is what I wrote. Yes agreed the coin was changed after the mint. :)
