In my opinion Arcadius as the obverse legend starts with "DN A". You're correct on the mint (Antioch). Can't find it on WildWinds but here's one for sale: http://www.cerberuscoins.com/arcadius-383-408ad-virtvs-exerciti-antioch-mint.html

I collect and deal in ancient Roman coin. In case you're looking for affordable ancient coins or need any help with the coins you already have send me a message.
Yes - agreed.

The last unidentified coin is judging from the radiate crown a third century antoninianus. The reverse is in my opinion Apollo standing left APOLLINI CONS or APOLLI CONS however multiple emperors used that reverse and there isn't much of the obverse left. Here's a similar coin of Claudius II: https://www.numismall.com/products/v5937

Thanks to cro321 as was not sure what was behind the person on the reverse; it is a lyre.

Quintillus AE Antoninianus.
IMP C M AVR C L QVINTILLVS AVG, radiate, draped bust right.
APOLLINI CONS, Apollo standing left holding branch and resting hand on lyre set on rock.
Retrograde N in right field. RIC 9; Sear 11434.

Similar to that.
