Add 2007 line with privy for New Caledonia 5 Francs KM# 16 [solved]

Good eye. Since there is only one year line I didn't check the privy marks. Now it turns out both my 2007 "no mintmark" have indeed the privy marks. There is "no mint mark" in Krause, maybe the "no mint mark" here at Numista is a mistake all together. I know the referee has a Jean Lecompte catalog (Lec#), maybe it's there. I'll ask him and make a change request for the 2007 with privy mark.
