One clue: reverse clearly seen is IACOB (12:00 to 5:00), Latin for James. So, could be a Jaime of SPain, or a James of Scotland?
but the cross on the back looks like a Hungarian ...
The double barred cross was also used in medieval Aragon.

Your obverse legend is ARA GON, and reverse legend starts with IACOB. Based on size, I think you have a dinero of Jaime of Aragon, close to this one:

​yes, for first looks like a double cross, but the whole style of the coin and the type of the letters definetly not Hungarian
