Hi everyone. I haven't posted on this site for a while, coin collecting has taken a bit of a back seat to the rest of life. I'm posting now because a friend of mine has a teen that's getting into collecting and has decided on collecting Australian $1 coins. I was wondering if anyone has any spare coins they are willing to part with for a decent price to help out a young collector.
As a teen myself, I'm glad to see other young collectors around I have some Australian coins lying around at home that I have yet to catalogue. I will let you know if I were to find any of the coins listed above.
I love coins. Especially silver, gold and anything really old.

Quote: "brismike"You won't find a standard MOR 1992 coin. Only 2 are known to exist.

On the above coin page there is information about the 1992 coin and a picture of one.
Apparently a member on Numista owns one of them.
Cheers Mike
Thanks for that, the mintage he has on the spreadsheet he sent me was 8,000 so I'm guessing he's looking at the one from the set.
If you message me his address, I will send them off to him.
I have quite a few $2 if he wants those as well, including a coloured coin I could spare!

You're a gent as always. But no, I don't really need any USA coins at the moment. I'm just looking for the Aussie dollars for my friend's 14 year old.
