Difference in my coin totals-Any ideas why [solved]

A few weeks ago, my totals matched exactly, due to the fact that I only collect by type. Two weeks ago, or slightly less than that, I added some more coins to my collection and to my swap list.
On checking the 'My coins' part of this website, I noticed that I now have a variation in totals of 1. (see photograph)

I double checked all of my recent entries, but everyone shows in my collection shows a quantity of 1

I then downloaded an Excel file, listing all of my coins in my collection, but when I clicked on quantity, again, I only had 1 listed. (see photograph)

I am therefore baffled as to the exact reason why my total are not equal.
Does anyone have a solution please

That difference, is that between what Numista says and what your excel file says? Or do you mean the difference on your dashboard between your "coins" and your "different coins"? Your collection is not visible so I can't help you searching.
I don't have any idea why you're having this problem. Maybe try removing and adding the coins back into your collection to see which one is causing the problem.
If you have 2 coins added as separate coins even if they are identical could cause this. For instance I added 3 coins to a "test" collection. Here's what My coins looks like:

When I list my coins it shows 1x for all 3:

The entries for these coins in the excel file will only show 1 for quantity.

Yes, that is what I am trying to resolve. Two weeks ago the numbers matched, and I have only added a few coins, which I have double checked.

I have done that also. Made a quantity 2, then used the excel check again, and the coin I altered is the only coin that states I have 2, which was immediately re-corrected to 1.

But the quantity shows 3, whereas mine always states 1

No. The quantity in the Excel export file is 1 for all 3 coins.

Nevermind, I have no idea

As long as the coin listed has two different references, I.e. KM#107.1 & KM107.2, they both come out on the excel spreadsheet as a quantity of 1, and on two separate lines

Try Mauritius 5 Rupee KM56, maybe one was meant for the swap list?

Yep. That's it. "...2 coins added as separate coins even if they are identical could cause this."

Many thanks to everyone who helped.
Mauritius KM#56 was the culprit. Totally unsure why this error was not picked up by the excel spreadsheet.
