I saw the National bank of Vietnam is missing for both Vietnam and North Vietnam. Since the State Bank of Vietnam has been issuing from 1951 untill today. After the unification, the bank of the North, just absorbed the South's institutions so the bank as well.
The Goverment Bank was the one who issued the banknotes after WWII untill 1951.
