I visited the Philippines for the month of February 2019 and got to see a little bit of your beautiful country. My wife & I got to check out the gorgeous islands around El Nido (Palawan) plus the whale sharks near Oslob off Cebu Island. I also had 2 star replacement banknotes (both 1000 Pesos naturally) which weren't in decent collectible shape (& needed to be used) so they had to go back into the wild. As we left Clarke airport, I received a 200 Piso note in change & it was the first one I saw in the entire month.

So when I got back to Canada, I vowed to pick up some of the NG banknotes (especially sought the 200 P). While there, I rarely came across an early Duterte-Tetangco signatures. Most were Aquino -Tetangco, the odd Duterte Diokno (new) & a few with Espenilla. Here's a low # 2016 20 P-207b the first year with President Duterte (& Tetangco's) signature:
