Shipping with bubble mailers through USPS

I have shipped with bubble mailers before but forgot the maximum thickness, was it .75 of an inch and still be $3-$4 through ebay atleast?

I'm not sure.
I've been through shipping hell with USPS.
If the bubble mailer is flat and not rigid, it costs more.
So I have been dropping in legos to qualify for the lower rate.
I even made some training posters for the Post office.
No thanks yet.
