So what I did here was buy a ton of flips, binder pages, and large binders. After that, I bought small address labels and printed custom labels (on a Google Doc, so I can hook you guys up with the files later). Now my coins have full protection and effective sorting methods.
On top of this, I now have the power to myself decide what is and isn't too rare to warrant looking for. Gone are the days of Whitman taking five books to tell me Doubled Die errors and repunches aren't "worth the effort."
Also, I can finally cram the US into just one or two books. I love this!

How much was it all together because soon I’m going to buy pocket pages and binders for approximately 24,000 coins , 1,000 notes and as I go on flips when I need them.
Hi to whoever is reading this. Did you know that TYPEWRITER (on a QWERTY keyboard) is the longest word you can type using only the letters on one row of the keyboard.
Looks good, I love BCW pages, reliable clear and American - not Chinese junk.
Looking for new supplier of Mylar Flips though as mine went bankrupt.
Your folders look a lot like mine, although I print little cards on my computer and put them in the other pouch of the flip.
I love coins. Especially silver, gold and anything really old.

A little off center because of how I did it, but still functional.
Nice.

Totally agree with you. When I get my folder it would be US BCW pages and European coin flips the only thing Chinese is their coins.

If you have an album with a known order like a type or year collection I prefer the separation sheet with extra info method.
Ideally I would like it to be behind the coins so I get the info of the missing coins at the first glance but A4 is a bit to slim.
For me, I want (and will pay extra for) the empty space for missing coins, because I just love visualizing a collection as a challenge with measurable progress and an end goal (probably all the video games I play, go figure).
Alongside this, I don't want to overload a binder with info. Examples and the necessary info to research further. Keep it all about the specimens!

I like to overload with info!
I like to spend time studying the historical and geopolitical context, it keeps me from buying too many coins and therefore it is so much time spent profitable for my wallet

I agree with you when I buy my folder I will have a page between countries to sum up all the information about the country history, geography, events and of course their coinage.
I see it that way for example if you go on holiday let’s say Cancun, Abu Dhabi, Barcelona etc some people would just hang out on the beach while others would like to explore their culture and food of course I respect the people who stay in the beach most of the day I’ve been there.
To sum up I like the way Frenchlover has organised his collection so it’s not just a coin collection it’s a small history lesson.
