I have recently acquired this coin in a lot and I cannot identify it.

Have you searched for any of the bigger words of the legend (only one because multiple words often don't get any hits)?
Just search vallesy or supersaxo [svpersaxo] and you'll find it.

I followed your advice and the coins that came up all had a single-headed eagle, as opposed to my coin with a double-headed eagle

This one has a double headed eagle and matches the size and legend.
