Probably one of these two lines should be "hamza over 'y' (rounded accent) ", like many other dates which have these two lines.

Correction: there is only Arabic so I don't know why there is even a y in the comments

​You are probably right, I only have the1992 (1413). The second line should have the comment "proof sets" deleted?
