You can try to swap with other Numista members or search on websites such as Ebay because there is many 1 yen coin job lots for sale on there. The easiest to get are the Showa and early Heisei era coins but from my experience I find it quite hard to find any 1 yen coins that are newer than the mid 2000s outside of Mint sets so I recommend to swap with Numista members for the newer coins and buy job lots from Ebay for the older 1 yen coins.
Also some of the later 1 yen coins are NIFCs so you might need to look for buying the coins from mint sets.
