China 1 [solved]

3.58 gr, 22 mm
I gathered some 30 Chinese coins over the last 10 years that are unidentified. Please help me classify these.
There were only a handful of emperors during the Qing Dynasty, their names are easy to identify here.
Once you know it is Jiaqing, you can look in the Numista database to look for the mint.

However my coin is only half the weight and 3 mm shorter. Would that make it a fake coin?
No it's nor "Boo chiowan" nor a "palace coin", it's "Boo Yuwan"
