ID coin, Argentina 10 centavos KM#66 - 1973 [solved]

I need help to understand the exact difference between the coins of Argentina 10 Centavos. KM # 66, dated 1973? Or what would be a thickness 26 e / cm, e at 21 e / cm? What is this unit? We have a catalog as a weight to make a difference, did you think it was easier? Na coin, measured as a pachymeter something from 1.3 to 1.4 mm.

I agree the description might be a bit off, I also don't know what exactly "21e/cm" means. This description probably comes from Héctor C. Janson's catalog "La Moneda Circulante en el Territorio Argentino 1574-2010". But look at the documentation from Ole Sjoelund on that same page. It's obvious that for the 1973 and 1974 coin there is a difference in the width of the rim:

Friend is absolutely right, I believe I was observing the wrong place, the wrong characteristic, therefore. You commented very well, thanks for the help!
