Malaya coin not showing under Malaysia on my coins map

I have a coin from Malaya - 1940 1/2 cent coin in my collection, but when I go to my coins and hover over Malaysia on the world map, it doesn't show up at all even though it's definitely in my collection, and shows in list form.

Check that the filter on the my coin page is correct (for swap / not for swap and select correct collection)

With me, my only Malayan coin (for swap) shows up correctly on my map of coins for swap ...

This is while viewing the map with the filters drop down set to "everything".
I also don't yet have any coins set to swap, so it is not a problem with the filter, as it doesn't show up in any setting.

My educated guess is that you are simply looking at the wrong place Malya is not Malaysia only the western part of the modern country will depict the coin.
I have added the same type to my collection and it registered properly.
